Booking-in procedure

On arrival, your car is fully photographed with the mileage and any issues recorded in our system. Your car will then be given a Vehicle Condition Report sheet for the duration of its stay, to record and inform you of any issues arising, such as battery condition, tyre pressures and any fluid leaks - see Active Storage Programme for details.

Active Storage Programme

All our cars receive the 5 star treatment of our Active Storage Programme for peace of mind. This includes:

Regular Tyre & General Condition Check-Over

Ensuring your tyres are at the correct pressure will increase their life. We also visually check your entire car to identify & reduce any expense that may be required in the future and we will notify you of any issues.

Regular Engine Run-Up To Working Temperature

We will check oil and fluid levels and then run your car to operating temperature and notify you of any issues.

Regular Battery Condition Check & Charge

We ensure that your battery is charged up to full capacity. Our CTEK battery conditioners continuously monitor the voltage of a car battery. Whenever the voltage drops below 11.0 volts the battery conditioner automatically re-charges the battery to full capacity. Alternatively, on older cars we can disconnect the battery if preferred. Access
We provide a service for enthusiasts, so appreciate that you will want to take your car out as and when. Owners can "Drop & Swap" with their daily driver and all we ask for is 48 hours notice of any planned manoeuvres, but we will always endeavour to fit in with your plans and the weather!  

24/7 Drop off & Collection - by prior arrangement

We can now offer secure "out-of-hours" collection & delivery. Your car will be parked under CCTV coverage, behind the electric gates.  Keys will be stored in the secure key safe, or preferably customers will use their own key. Unique key codes will be given on the day. Please note, service will be limited in number and must be pre-booked. You are welcome to leave your daily-driver with us for the duration.

• All prices are plus VAT
• Minimum storage period is 1 month (please check on availability and current prices)
• Payment for storage is monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed by both parties prior to storage
• Payment of invoice is required in advance, either by cheque, cash or bank transfer. It is preferable for longer term storage to set up a standing order payment.
• Invoices are payable on receipt unless otherwise stated on the invoice
• Vehicles will not be released from Hideaway Secure Ltd premises until all outstanding payments have been cleared
• Prices may be subject to change – if so 3 month’s notice will be given
• 48 hours-notice is required for removal of the vehicle, although we will always try and accommodate if possible
• Any person other than the owner authorised to collect the vehicle from storage must show proof of agreement to do so from the person who deposited the vehicle
• For vehicles valued at over £200,000 a bespoke agreement will be drawn up and signed by both parties
• All contact details must be kept up to date with Hideaway Secure Ltd and any changes to be notified.
• Any account overdue by more than 30 days will incur an interest charge of 6% PER MONTH COMPOUND calculated from the date the payment was due until payment
• By placing a vehicle with Hideaway Secure Ltd it is agreed you accept the terms and conditions above
